Important information
Overtime Rates
Regular overtime is paid at 1.25x the hourly rate. Weekend overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate.
Maximum Hours
Maximum 4 hours of overtime per day and 20 hours per week are allowed.
Approval Process
All overtime must be approved by your direct manager before submission.
Payment Schedule
Overtime is calculated monthly and paid with the following month's salary.
